Hyperacidity

Ayurvedic Pathophysiology:

Hyperacidity is associated with an imbalance in the pitta dosha and excess production of stomach acid.

Ayurvedic Diet and Dinacharya:

Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods, as well as excessive caffeine and alcohol.
Practice mindful eating and maintain regular meal timings.

Hypertension
