Rheumatoid Arthritis

Ayurvedic Pathophysiology:

Ayurveda attributes Rheumatoid Arthritis to an imbalance of the vata and ama (toxic) doshas, leading to inflammation and damage to the joints.

Ayurvedic Diet and Dinacharya:

Migraine

Migraine is believed to be caused by an imbalance in the pitta dosha, leading to excessive heat and sensitivity in the head.

Ayurvedic Diet and Dinacharya:

• Favor cooling and calming foods such as fresh fruits, leafy greens, and whole grains.
• Avoid hot, spicy, and fermented foods, as well as caffeine and alcohol.
• Maintain a regular eating schedule.
• Practice stress management techniques like meditation and deep breathing exercises.

Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Guduchi

Panchakarma:

Nasya (Nasal administration of medicated oils), Shirodhara (Continuous stream of warm oil on the forehead)

Yoga:

Shavasana (Corpse Pose), Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
