Hyperacidity

Ayurvedic Pathophysiology:

Hyperacidity is associated with an imbalance in the pitta dosha and excess production of stomach acid.

Ayurvedic Diet and Dinacharya:

Opt for a cooling and alkaline diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables, and coconut water.
Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods, as well as excessive caffeine and alcohol.
Practice mindful eating and maintain regular meal timings.

Panchakarma:

Virechana (Therapeutic purgation), Vamana (Therapeutic vomiting)

Yoga:

Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Spinal Twist), Agnisar Kriya (Fire Breath)

Hypertension

Hypertension is associated with an imbalance in the pitta and vata doshas, causing an increase in blood pressure.
