Low Backache

Ayurvedic Pathophysiology:

Ayurvedic Diet and Dinacharya:

Avoid cold, heavy, and fried foods.
Practice regular gentle stretching and strengthening exercises.

Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage), Kati Basti (Localized oil therapy on the lower back)

Yoga:

Balasana (Child's Pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Obesity

Obesity is caused by an imbalance in the kapha dosha, leading to a slow metabolism and accumulation of excess fat.

Ayurvedic Diet and Dinacharya:

• Eat light, warm, and easily digestible foods.
• Include spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric to improve digestion and metabolism.
• Avoid heavy, fried, and processed foods.
• Practice portion control and avoid overeating.
• Engage in regular physical activity like brisk walking or yoga.

Triphala, Guggul, Punarnava

Panchakarma:

Virechana (Therapeutic purgation), Udwarthana (Herbal powder massage)

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Spinal Twist)

Osteoarthritis
